The strategic cooperation agreement was signed between FPT Software and FPT Capital on Jan 14 in Hanoi, promoting the present relationship of the two companies. They will operate cooperation projects in the time to come.
FPT Capital appreciates Fsoft’ cooperation potential in E-commerce projects and online financial service ones, as well as desires Fsoft’s support in developing its network in international market. Besides, Fsoft sees FPT Capital’s strength in consultancy of forming financial strategy and management for enterprises’ business performance.
FPT Capital is FPT’s fund management company, now manages Vietnam – Japan Fund worth US$ 100M. It is headquartered in Hanoi and has representative office in Ho Chi Minh City.
